LCiL are delighted to be recruiting for two Administrators. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to thrive in a truly generalist role with , within a diverse and dynamic organisation. Reporting to our Operations Manager, will contribute to a professional and positive office environment by supporting efficient day-to-day office and digital organisation. You will also provide administrative support to specific LCiL services.

In this varied and challenging role, you will take responsibility for providing

comprehensive support to the organisation which will include administration, meetings, GDPR management and ensuring the smooth running of the office, whilst the departments embed a hybrid working model.

With demonstrable experience of working in a similar role, you will have pragmatic and highly organised approach. Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential, and you will need great IT skills, including MS Excel and Word. We're looking for a part-time Administrator with at least 2 years experience of working in an HR, finance and payroll administration role, using online accounting, office and database systems, able to follow, develop and implement administrative processes. We have recently moved into new premises giving us both a therapeutic and office space, creating the need for a new role within the organisation of a Finance and Administration Assistant. This is an office-based role which will provide crucial administration support to the CEO and delivery team. The Finance and Administration Assistant will:

• Provide effective financial processing to support the implementation of U-evolves finance policy and procedures.
• Provide administrative support to all parts of the organisation.

The post holder will be responsible for leading on maximising the funding opportunities for the organisation. Together with the Management Team the post holder will be responsible for broadening income streams, developing a fundraising strategy, proactively seeking new opportunities and partnerships, and submitting grant and trust applications. We are looking for an experienced, enthusiastic, and motivated individual who has a proven track record in fundraising and can support the organisation to continue its vital work with children, young people and families.

The post is subject to the receipt of two suitable references and membership of the PVG Scheme.
