Role

Glasgow Centre for Inclusive Living is run by disabled people and aims to empower disabled people in Glasgow by providing a variety of housing, employment, training, payroll and inclusive living support services.

Responsible for managing GCIL’s Client Payroll and Bill Paying Service. Working with a small team ensuring that payrolls are processed in a timely and accurate manner and overseeing the Bill Paying Service.

Working collaboratively with colleagues from Support Services and Take Controls to ensure a seamless delivery of this service for our clients. Required to deputise for the Finance Director on issues relating to Client Payroll and related services, as required.

The successful applicant will have full and verifiable experience gained in a similar post and have excellent financial administration and payroll skills. Experience in the administration of pension schemes and a recognised financial qualification, such as HNC Accountancy will be advantageous.

Following an initial office-based induction there may be the opportunity to work from home.

These post will require PVG scheme membership.
