Fundraising Lead

We have an exciting new opportunity for a passionate and creative individual to join our team as Fundraising Lead on a full-time, permanent basis. This role can be based in any of our Elgin, Peterhead, Aberdeen, Dundee, Airdrie, Glasgow or Renton offices or home based. However, we will need you to have flexibility to travel across Scotland.

As Fundraising Lead you’ll build on our existing success to develop a stronger and more diversified income base along with leading and developing your Fundraising Team to support Cornerstone’s strategic goals.

To take on this role, we'll need you bring;

  • Extensive proven experience of working in a senior fundraising role
  • In depth and up to date knowledge of grants, trusts and foundations, corporate and high net worth
  • Knowledge and experience of working with a charity CRM system, like thankQ, to support donor journeys, inform strategy and establish best practice
  • Ability of produce high quality, accurate work to strict and tight deadlines
  • Ability to prepare and present innovative and persuasive reports & presentations
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with an ability to adapt delivery
  • A creative, innovative and imaginative approach to tasks
  • Excellent planning, organising and time management skills
  • Proven collaborative project management experience
  • Ability to respond flexibly to emerging and changing circumstances
