We are looking for an ICT Support Technician to assist the Head of ICT and the ICT Infrastructure Analysts with the management and support of the charity’s Information Technology and Communication requirements. This will include providing clear first and second line technical assistance and support to all staff and volunteers in the organisation over the phone, in writing, occasionally in person and using remote management software.
