A vacancy has arisen for a part time Retirement Housing Manager within our Housing Management Team. Based at one of our Retirement Housing developments. Hours of work are 9am to 12pm, Monday to Friday (hours to be agreed).
The post holder will be report to the Housing Officer who manages the Retirement Housing developments and, will be responsible for a wide range of duties including:
- Managing the site including Health & Safety and Fire safety inspections;
- Responding to property related calls and supporting the Housing Officers and Technical Inspectors;
- Visiting new and existing tenants on an ongoing rolling programme to provide advice and assistance on tenancy related issues;
- Promoting use of the community facilities and facilitating events within the community.
