As a Scotland-wide voluntary organisation, we are committed to providing services that contribute to positive transformational changes in the lives of our service users. We work independently and collaboratively within Scotland’s communities to provide support, prevent conflict and challenge offending behaviour wherever the need arises. Our services are based on research evidence, service user feedback, international standards of good practice and a commitment to development and innovation.

We are seeking highly motivated individuals with excellent communication skills and an interest in working with adults involved in offending. This is a successful team, where work is as challenging as it is rewarding, you will need to have a non-judgmental value base, a confident and practical approach and be flexible to meet the needs of our services.

We are keen to hear from applicants from a variety of backgrounds, and you must have the skills to communicate positively with a diverse range of individuals.
