Role

To provide a high-quality frontline service to victims of domestic abuse, delivering a service to those at highest risk. To work within a multi-agency framework consisting of the MARAC and local partnership responses to domestic abuse.

The role requires a range of experience and skills. You must be able to work independently and manage your own workload. You must have a strong commitment to equality and a feminist understanding of domestic abuse. You will have strong communication skills and will be able to develop and maintain positive working relationships.

Must hold a current driving license.

Stirling and District Women’s Aid offers prevention, support, information and temporary refuge accommodation for women and their children who have been physically, emotionally or sexually abused by a partner or former partner. We work closely with a range of statutory and voluntary sector organisations.
