Would you like to work with a motivated and well-established team to help build resources to improve the health and wellbeing of those with support needs?

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic and committed individual to join our New Beginnings service in Cheshire West and Chester.

This new and exciting role will provide you with significant scope for innovation within a supportive and friendly multidisciplinary team of clinical and non-clinical professionals.

You will not need to be a technical expert in substance misuse interventions (though this would be an advantage), instead being skilled and experienced in reviewing and producing content, in both digital and printed formats.

You will:

  • Project manage the review and redesign local digital content, printed information, resources and videos,
  • Deliver the creation and redesign of digital and printed content relating to the delivery of drug and alcohol services, working in close collaboration with WDPs communications department,
  • Improve designated resources available to staff, service users and stakeholders, ensuring sufficient flexibility to be used offsite, remotely and independently.

Key terms and conditions include:

  • Salary: £20500 - £26500 per annum,
  • Contract type: Fixed Term (12 months),
  • Hours: Full Time (37.5 hours),
  • Base of work: To be agreed from Chester/ Northwich/ Ellesmere Port - flexible arrangements would be considered.

There is an expectation for the successful candidate to be able to visit all three service hubs, as well as occasional travel to our head office in London.
