  • £33,000 – £39,000 pro-rata
  • Scotland - Home Based (Close to good transport links) with extensive travel across Scotland & a requirement for overnight stays. Occasional travel is expected to SafeLives’ Bristol & London offices.

SafeLives is a UK-wide charity dedicated to ending domestic abuse, for good. We combine insight from services, survivors and statistics to support people to become safe, well and rebuild their lives. Almost one in five women will experience domestic abuse in their lifetime. For every person being abused, there is someone else responsible for that abuse: the perpetrator. And all too often, children are in the home and living with the impact. Domestic abuse affects us all; it thrives on being hidden behind closed doors. We must make it everybody’s business.

Position context

As Training Development Lead, you will support efforts to make domestic abuse ‘everybody’s business’ as a key member of the SafeLives training team, with shared responsibility for developing and delivering our existing suite of training sessions as well as responding to bespoke requests and taking forward programme work. You will work to ensure that SafeLives’ training continues to be of the highest quality and reaches a wide range of audiences. More broadly, you will be a valuable member of the SafeLives Scotland team, alongside the Programme Lead, Marac Development Officer and Engagement Lead to expand and enhance our growing profile in Scotland.
