Role

Are you an experienced worker in health or social care and are looking for an exciting and challenging career development opportunity?

Do you believe that people with disabilities should have the same opportunities in life as everyone else and are you passionate about making a positive difference in people’s lives?

Are you a driven and motivated individual who enjoys new and unique challenges daily and wants to take your career in care to the next level?

If your answer to these questions is “Yes”, then you may be the very person we are looking for!

We are looking for a Team Manager who has a passion for delivering high quality, outcome focused, personalised support to people with disabilities, and focus on developing and growing our service on Skye.

Key are committed to developing all our staff and we provide an extensive management induction and ongoing learning programme, together with in-house career development opportunities.

Now is an exciting time to be joining our team and we really want to hear from you!
