Situated in Falkirk, Tamfourhill Tenants and Residents Organisation is a group of local people who work together to represent the views of all tenants and homeowners within the area and help make it a better place. Tamfourhill Tenants and Residents Organisation work in partnership with other community and statutory organisations to create positive change in the local area.

Tamfourhill Tenants and Resident’s Organisation was awarded the TPAS Scotland award for ‘Best practice in Developing Communities: Opportunities to be Involved’ in 2018. In 2019 they were also awarded the ‘Celebrating Communities Award’ in recognition of all the work they carry out within the local area.

The Community Safety Engager will be required to work in partnership successfully with local authorities, groups and local communities to ensure Camelon and Tamfourhill are safer.

The successful candidate will have a successful track record of partnership working, supporting community groups and influencing change.
