We are seeking to recruit a skilled and experienced Mental Wellbeing Practitioner with considerable knowledge and understanding of the impact for a person experiencing reduced psychological wellbeing.

The post requires demonstrable experience of providing a holistic, therapeutic, cognitive behavioural approach model of support to a wide range of people. As a Mental Wellbeing Practitioner experience of conducting assessments, creating and implementing support plans and adapting to individual need is essential.
