Children 1st and Ardroy Outdoor Education Centre have formed an innovative partnership to offer residential weekends to over 100 families from across Scotland over the next 3 years as well as providing ongoing outreach support to build on the benefits of the residential experience.
All families will have access to transformative outdoor experiences and all the physical and natural assets that Scotland has to offer. Children and their parents and carers across the Country will be emotionally well and have strong, safe and secure families, opportunities to make new friends and connections and be inspired to contribute in their local communities.
We are looking for someone with the skills to lead and develop this Service. This requires someone with the ability to get alongside families and build relationships and has the experience of working with families. If you are creative, caring and have a strong commitment to supporting families would like to hear from you.
This is a permanent post of 35 hours per week. Hours to be worked flexibly to include evenings and residential weekends. The role can be based in either Glasgow, Edinburgh or Bathgate.
