This is an exciting opportunity to provide strategic and operational leadership for Children 1st in South Ayrshire.
We are looking for someone who is passionate about doing the right thing for children with an in-depth understanding and experience of operational management of services in the field of child care, child wellbeing, child protection, and trauma sensitive family support. With a proven track record as a leader, you will bring service development experience and an ability to operate at a strategic level.
The post holder will drive the development and reach of our trauma sensitive supports for children, young people and families in Girvan, Maybole and the surrounding villages. Building on our existing presence in South Ayrshire and seeking new partnerships, the post holder will ensure that Children 1st play a key strategic role in the planning and design of service delivery ensuring a high quality and creative range of supports to best meet the needs of children. The successful candidate will work alongside our senior leaders to identify new opportunities, partnerships and innovations in line with key strategic priorities and the needs of the children and families we support.
This is a permanent, full time post of 35 hours per week
