The project manager is the person who is responsible for making sure a project is delivered on time, on budget and within scope. So, to be a good project manager, you’ll need to be a skilled planner with a real passion for organising people and resources.
All of the project’s stakeholders will look to the project manager to make sure what was promised will actually be delivered. This means you’ll need to manage expectations if issues crop up along the way, which may affect the delivery timeline or project costs.
We are looking for a responsible Project Manager to administer and organise all types of projects, from simple activities to more complex plans.
The Project Manager will manage a team of staff and volunteers, to ensure the smooth operation of Clyde Shopmobility, along with general administrative duties, like maintaining project documentation and handling financial queries.
Salary and hours
The Project Manager will work 35 hours each week, working on a flexible basis to accommodate the needs of the service. This may mean attending evening meetings or working on a Saturday. The salary will start at £24,000 per annum.
