Voluntary Action North Lanarkshire is recruiting a new Senior Manager to lead the successful and respected Community Solutions Programme. The programme works in partnership with local communities, voluntary organisations and Health and Social Care North Lanarkshire to support investment of over £1.5 million a year in community-led support and services across North Lanarkshire.
Community Solutions has received core, annual funding of over £1 million from Health and Social Care North Lanarkshire since 2012 and receives additional project funding from the Scottish Government and Health and Social North Lanarkshire Partners. Health and Social Care North Lanarkshire is committed to continued funding of the programme - 12 months funding has been confirmed for this post and confirmation of full programme funding for 2020-21 is anticipated soon. It is intended that a rolling three-year funding agreement will be put in place from 2021-22.
