Elderpark Housing Association is looking to recruit a dynamic, enthusiastic and proactive individual to join our organisation. The role of the ICT Support Officer should bring expertise and innovation to the organisation by supporting the development and use of our current and future ICT solutions.

Formed in 1975, we are one of the oldest Housing Association’s in Scotland currently owning and managing over 1300 properties and factoring 253 properties. We are a community-based housing association located within Govan but also with homes in the Ibrox, Kinning Park and Cessnock area.

The role of the ICT Support Officer will primarily include providing a skilled and knowledgeable ICT resource to the organisation which will be the have responsibility for ensuring that Elderpark Housing using ICT as a tool to continually enhance the services we provide to tenants and residents, support staff to deliver their roles and ensure that we meet all our legislative, regulatory and statutory duties.

The successful applicant should be able to demonstrate the following:

  • Diploma or degree level experience in computer related discipline or be able to demonstrate equivalent practical experience in an ICT Technical / Support role
  • Experience and expertise in contributing to the development of ICT policies and procedures
  • A comprehensive knowledge of all Microsoft Software Applications
  • Ability to develop good relationships with staff, committee and external partners
  • A self-motivated, enthusiastic and flexible attitude to tasks
  • Excellent communication, listening and interpersonal skills
