A unique opportunity has arisen to join Scottish Huntington’s Association (SHA) and help transform the lives of families living with Huntington’s disease (HD).

As Chief Executive, you will work closely with the board of directors to lead in creating and driving the strategy that will enable the charity to continue to thrive, deliver and develop high quality services. You will ensure the financial, human resource and policy framework is in place to achieve this.

You will have the ability to capitalise on opportunities and meet the challenges of working across government and statutory agencies to ensure that families continue to receive the best care and access to emerging treatments and therapies.

You will have a professional management qualification or equivalent experience preferably in a community based health or social care setting.

We seek applicants who can create an open and transparent working culture, support and empower teams and build effective partnerships with a wide range of organisations and stakeholders.
