The post of Senior Quality and Improvement Manager is a unique role designed to enable us to achieve the ambitious strategic goals and objectives in Changeworks’ strategic plan. This exciting time in our development sees renewed focus on excellence, quality and improvement to deliver low carbon living for everyone in Scotland.
You’ll be a dynamic individual with the ability to identify improvement opportunities and make them a reality. With a proven track record in developing and delivering smart business processes, you’ll have the skills and creativity to see ways our organisation can continually improve to achieve in our ambitions.
Reporting to the Deputy Chief Executive, you will have a pivotal role in implementing and enabling key business strategies. You’ll need to have both the ability to see the big picture and have strong attention to detail. You’ll also ensure we meet current environmental compliance and reach for higher levels of accreditation which support our continuous improvement agenda.
Leading a small busy team, you’ll be able to work across the organisation at all levels to integrate and support joint learning.
