Role

This is maternity cover for 6 months

Providing a home for up to 20 people affected by homelessness, the Village was founded by Social Bite who partnered with Cyrenians to provide the on-site housing support. Cyrenians pioneered community living over 50 years ago and our model and values-led ethos is still relevant today. The purpose of the village is to offer a person-centred approach that supports Community members to live, learn and develop together.

The Administrator is the first point of contact for enquiries from a range of stakeholders including potential residents, referrers, funders, media and more. The Administrator will work closely with the village staff to complete the admin duties needed to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the community, as well as directly support the Service Manager with tasks such as reporting, monitoring, evaluation, and media communication.

We are looking for an individual with strong organisational and communication skills, a keen eye for detail, and a willingness to go the extra mile. You will have the ability to remain calm in a crisis, deal with competing priorities, and the ability to demonstrate Cyrenians values of Compassion, Respect, Integrity and Innovation in the work that you do.
