At the Tom Allan Centre, we offer a one-to-one counselling service to individuals, families and young people in a safe and confidential environment. As part of a restructure to meet increasing demands for mental wellbeing, we have an exciting new opportunity for the post of Clinical Manager, responsible for overall clinical management and development of the service in Glasgow. This role provides you with the chance to lead a therapeutic team and evolve an effective and high quality service that meets client needs while maintaining a small client caseload to develop and maintain your professional Skills.
We’re looking for a qualification at Diploma level in Counselling/Art Therapy and ideally a qualification in Training and Clinical Supervision. You will also need to be a strong self-motivator able to work to a broad remit where priorities can change on a daily basis.
