What are we looking for?

Do you enjoy working in an accountancy environment but get your greatest motivation from developing a high performing team who are successful in supporting business delivery through a partnership approach?

We are looking for someone who enjoys not only delivering our finance and contracts areas but who is a natural leader and has proven success at nurturing talent and maintaining a happy, focused and competent team. Being an excellent communicator, you will also foster positive relationships with key stakeholders and partner organisations.

You will be creative, pro-active and keen to develop a commercial agenda – SAMS supports research, education and enterprise activities. You will also be conversant with accountancy software and may have implemented or developed new systems.
