Support in Mind Scotland provides support for people whose lives are affected by mental health problems or illness. We do this throughout Scotland, by offering a range of services to people directly affected by a mental health issue and to those who care for them, whether family, friend or supporter.
About the Role:
We are seeking to recruit an experienced Senior Administrator to join our small and friendly team, based in our National Office in Edinburgh. Working closely with colleagues, you will provide a comprehensive administrative and human resources’ support function across the charity.
The role would suit an experienced office professional with excellent interpersonal and organisational skills, who relishes a diverse workload and a busy working environment.
The role on offer is for a full time position working 5 days a week. We are happy to talk about adjusting these hours for the suitable candidate.
The successful candidate will be required to complete a Standard Disclosure Scotland check.
Who are we looking for?
As the Senior Administrator you will be responsible for ensuring that the work of the National Office is carried out efficiently and to a high professional standard, supporting staff and volunteers across the organisation, and the Board of Directors with administrative requirements, and providing practical support and assistance to the professional staff team.
I will have a specific role to assist with the HR and Finance functions within the office, carrying out administrative duties attached to these roles to maximise the capacity and efficiency of the core team.
