It will also involve working with other Business Partners in the wider People directorate to deliver cultural and structural change management initiatives that have been tailored for the needs of the business. Supporting the Head of HR Business Partnering in the continued development and delivery of a wider People plan will be important too, as will working with L&OD colleagues to create, deliver and evaluate training.

We'll also be looking for a strong understanding across a broad spectrum of HR specialisms & functions and a significant experience of HR legislation, consultation and change combined with proven experience of using data and insight to influence decision-making. You're proactive, customer-focused and what's more, you enjoy working collaboratively for the good of a business and are great at building a network of good relationships and developing a thorough understanding of an organisation, as well as the wider sector.
