Role

Children 1st is Scotland’s National Children’s Charity. We help Scotland’s families to put children first, with practical advice and with support in difficult times. And when the worst happens, we support survivors of abuse, neglect, and other traumatic events in childhood, to recover.

Are you someone who thrives in a dynamic organisation? Who enjoys not having two days the same? Can you remain calm and collected whilst juggling multiple projects? Do you put people first whilst enjoying being task focused and using your tenacity to ensure you deliver what is expected? Do you love working as part of a team?

Strong administrative business support enables Children 1st to be as effective and efficient as possible in the delivery of our work to support Scotland’s most vulnerable children. Due to an internal promotion Children 1st is now looking to recruit to this key Executive Assistant post.

You’ll bring your excellent track record of leading on the delivery of comprehensive, high quality administrative and secretarial support. We will value your well developed planning and organisational skills, your ability to prioritise and work to tight deadlines, your strong attention to detail and your ability to analyse and improve processes.
