Role

Humanist Society Scotland is the national charity for Humanists in Scotland. We have more than 14,000 members across Scotland and the rest of the world, and, as well as campaigning for a fairer society, we are the largest and long-standing provider of Humanist ceremonies in Scotland. We run StreetCare Scotland projects in Glasgow, Edinburgh and Stirling to provide hot drinks, soup, other foods and warm clothing on a non-judgemental basis for those who present as needing support.

We're currently looking for an enthusiastic administrator to join our busy staff team who will support delivery of our membership and fundraising activities, as well as supporting meetings of our board of trustees. The role requires excellent communication skills, confident use of IT, and entails working widely with our membership database. It is based at our office in central Edinburgh, with working days to be agreed with the successful candidate.
