Role

The Citizens Advice network in Scotland is the largest independent advice service in the country. Citizens Advice Scotland is a charity within this network – we act as a national organisation supporting and representing the service as a whole and the interests of citizens.

We are currently recruiting for a full time receptionist on a permanent basis.

This is a great opportunity to join our Administration team and play a key role in providing a friendly and welcoming environment for all our visitors at the reception as well as a central telephone function for Citizens Advice Scotland (CAS). As a part of the role, you will also maintain all bureaux information on CAS internal systems and CAS website.

Please note that this role will have specific working hours from 9am to 5pm.
