The West Lothian Community Mental Health and Wellbeing team is looking for an outstanding candidate to join us.
Our re:discover and peer support project is a recovery focussed service, both supporting self-management groups and helping people to take the first steps towards meeting new people, rediscovering old hobbies and developing new interests and connections.
The successful candidate will recruit, train and manage volunteers and peers; develop group work; support service users; and manage and support volunteer/ service user matches.
The successful candidate will have experience of recruiting and managing volunteers; peer support; group and one to one work; recording, monitoring and evaluation of outcomes, an understanding of mental health provision in including voluntary and statutory services, alongside other essential experience, knowledge, skills and abilities.
