Includem is a third sector organisation providing intensive, bespoke support to young people in challenging circumstances and their families. We believe that no young person is ever beyond our support and through a 24/7 service which is responsive to their needs, we empower them to make positive life choices.
Our Assistant Project Workers work as part of a team to deliver one to one support to young people and their families in their own homes and communities. Duties include contributing to support planning, undertaking risk assessments and working with other professionals in the young person’s life to deliver positive, sustainable change.
