Changing minds, changing lives
Our vision is for a world with good mental health for all.
Our mission is to help people understand, protect and sustain their mental health.
Prevention is at the heart of what we do, because the best way to deal with a crisis is to prevent it from happening in the first place. We inform and influence the development of evidence-based mental health policy at national and local government level. In tandem, we help people to access information about the steps they can take to reduce their mental health risks and increase their resilience.
The role involves supporting the development and delivery of the Foundation’s research programme as a member of the Research team so that research informs and supports all aspects of our work. Working closely with the Research Manager, the post holder will assist in the delivery of the Foundation’s Screening Inequalities & Mental Health evaluation project and other aligned activity.
The post holder will assist in the design and implementation of the research and evaluation activity to meet and support the project aims and objectives. This will involve the organisation, data processing and administration of quantitative and qualitative data throughout the life of the project. In addition, the post holder will assist the Research Manager with writing reports and other publications, briefings and guidelines for a variety of external stakeholders including the Scottish Government.
Please note that all our roles require an enhanced DBS check.
