We are recruiting an Operations Manager to lead and manage our Renfrewshire and Inverclyde team. You will implement, manage and strategically develop Street League’s programmes and staff across Renfrewshire, Inverclyde and East Renfrewshire and be responsible for delivering agreed operating and income generation targets and financial management. Reporting to the Head of Operations (Scotland), you will be a key part of the Operations Management Team within Street League and will contribute to and lead on the implementation of strategies which shape future operational delivery and development for Street League.
We are looking for candidates with experience in leading and developing teams, with a thorough understanding and knowledge of the employability, skills development and modern apprenticeship landscapes across Scotland.
