Job description

The Caseworker works as part of the Scotland Directorate, providing specialist technical expertise on equality and human rights law in a Scottish context. The main aspect of the role is providing a Casework service but it will also include working on the Transfer of Expertise programme.

The Caseworker will be responsible for developing and delivering that programme, in a way which makes it as accessible and effective as possible. The Caseworker will also provide advice and support to advisors.

We are seeking to appoint an individual who is able to plan and progress work, with support from senior staff members, and ensure that deadlines and objectives are met.
