A fantastic opportunity has arisen to work with Scotland’s leading learning and development provider to the housing sector. You will be central in assisting SHARE achieve its goals in the delivery of learning & development products and services, membership promotion and income generation.
Through this activity SHARE helps ensure staff and Committee/Board members of housing associations and co-operatives have the knowledge and skills to deliver quality services to customers, ensure sound financial and well-governed organisations and tackle current and future challenges.
As a key part of SHARE’s small team, you will provide the administrative support for our educational and training course, events, organisational development activities and membership. You will provide admin support to all SHARE staff, help promote our products and services, including social media, and be key in dealing with SHARE customers.
You will have excellent communication skills, be highly motivated, organised, confident, and able to take the initiative. You should have excellent customer service skills, be a strong team player and have great IT skills.

The post is full-time, 35 hours per week with some requirement for flexibility and out of hours working. You will be based at SHARE’s offices at Saracen House, 139 Saracen Street, Glasgow G22 5AZ
