Cyrenians’ Scottish Centre for Conflict Resolution (SCCR) is a national initiative promoting and supporting best practice in family conflict resolution, mediation and early intervention. Family relationship breakdown is one of the biggest causes of youth homelessness. Our focus of the centre is on young people and families who are experiencing conflict which is affecting both their relationships and their lives. The SCCR provides a range of free training, events and innovative digital developments to improve understanding of conflict and emotional needs with young people, parents/carers and professionals/practitioners working with them.
We are looking for a dynamic individual to join our team who will be responsible for coordinating and managing a number of successful events across Scotland. The post holder will also assist in the development of national digital and marketing campaigns to raise awareness of the SCCR, as well as build and maintain excellent relationships with key representatives across Scotland in a highly professional and approachable manner.
You will be highly organised, have event management experience, manage a diverse workload, and be able to prioritise effectively and meet deadlines. You should have previous experience of developing successful and engaging marketing/digital campaigns; and also be highly proficient in the use of Microsoft Office, Adobe, social media platforms and database systems.
We are looking for a well organised and passionate individual who is hard working and has the ability to work under pressure. You will have excellent communication and people skills, a creative approach to problem solving and be a strong team player. You should also have the ability to demonstrate Cyrenians’ values of Compassion, Respect, Integrity and Innovation in the work that you do.
