Role

Positive Help is looking for an enthusiastic and proactive individual to join our small team as Adult Services Co-ordinator (AS Co-ordinator). This exciting position is for someone who has excellent interpersonal and communication skills and is able to lead and motivate people. You will be responsible for building strong positive relationships with adult service users and liaising with statutory and voluntary organisations.

The AS Co-ordinator has responsibility for developing and delivering Positive Help’s Supportive Transport and Home Support projects to adults living with HIV and/or Hepatitis C. The AS Co-ordinator also leads on recruiting and training volunteers for all services working in partnership with other staff members.

Positive Help are committed to delivering a person-centred service and enabling service users to achieve their personal outcomes. These may include attending treatments and support appointments, enhancing quality of life in their home environment, increasing social contact and improving wellbeing.
