We have got an exciting opportunity to join our fantastic team at Scout Adventures Fordell Firs.
We are seeking an enthusiastic, self-motivated individual who has an outstanding work ethic, and an excellent understanding of customer service needs. This role is vital in developing the customer journey experience as we look to provide a welcoming environment for our guests and ensure they have a positive, memorable experience.
Role Summary and Purpose
This role will be pivotal in developing and delivering our customer journey from the initial enquiry stage to post departure. This position will involve building and enhancing relationships with potential and existing customers, efficiently responding to all booking requests, and ensuring all our customers’ expectations are exceeded during their visit.
It’s the people that make Fordell Firs an amazing place and you will be no exception! You will have to have an appreciation of what it takes to deliver a first class customer experience. You must be friendly, approachable and have an outstanding work ethic to ensure you can keep on top of this fast moving activity centre. You must also have a love for people, and the ability to communicate effectively with people from a wide range of backgrounds.
