Do you have a proven track record of managing services, involving service users and working with different departments and organisations? Are you ready for a new challenge?

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced manager with a passion for improving communication to contribute to the Action Group’s services, strategies and policies. We are looking for someone who will promote wellbeing for people who use our services and for our staff, and who will take the lead in embedding positive behaviour support across the organisation.

In addition to line management responsibilities, the development manager will also develop new and current services, working with internal departments and other organisations to ensure our service users receive the best person-centred support possible.

The right candidate will be committed to the Action Group’s values of inclusion and opportunity for all, and will have creative ideas for improving support services. They will have experience of working directly with people who have support needs, as well as experience of managing social care services.
