Children 1st work to give every child in Scotland a safe and secure childhood. We achieve this by providing direct services to vulnerable children and their families across Scotland.
We are looking for a skilled, enthusiastic Project Worker to further develop our Intandem Mentoring service for children and young people who are Looked After at Home in the Helensburgh and Lomond, and Cowal and Bute Localities of Argyll and Bute. An office base will be provided by Children 1st in Glasgow; however candidates must be prepared to travel across the two localities and Glasgow.
If you have substantial experience of supporting volunteers, as well as an excellent understanding of the issues faced by vulnerable children and young people, and experience of providing trauma sensitive support, we would love to hear from you.
Closing date: Friday 08 November 2019 at Noon. It is anticipated that interviews will be held on Friday 22 November 2019.
