Role

For the past 40 years Port of Leith HA has been actively providing high quality affordable housing and promoting the ongoing regeneration of Leith and neighbouring communities in North Edinburgh. Our ambition is “to make Leith the best place to be”. We have an exciting new build programme of approximately 850 units over the next 5 years, including a Passivhaus development and 400 new homes at Granton Harbour.

The Community Support Co-ordinator will be based within the Community Works department and deliver social, economic and physical improvements on behalf of PoLHA and in the wider North Edinburgh area. They will co-ordinate and work in partnership with local neighbourhood networks, community, voluntary and tenant groups in delivering activities and services for local communities.

We know that our people are our greatest asset and we’re proud to be an Investors in People Gold-accredited employer. In addition, we are listed within the Sunday Times 100 Best Not-for-Profit Organisations to Work for 2019.
