RAMH Housing Support Services provide support to individuals, with mental health issues, to maintain their home and community life, either within a 24 hour supported tenancy or their own homes across Renfrewshire and East Renfrewshire.
We are looking for an innovative and enthusiastic staff member who is interested in supporting and leading a team within one of our Housing Support Services, in East Renfrewshire.
This is an excellent opportunity to develop your leadership role, while being supported by a stable and robust team. RAMH have an excellent reputation for delivering quality person centred services that focus on recovery outcomes and has received “excellent” grading, for care and support over the last 4 years from the Care Inspectorate.
You will have exceptional written and verbal communication skills and you will be required to support junior staff to understand and achieve outcomes and manage risks. Excellent flexibility in working hours is essential as evenings, weekends and sleep-overs are required. You will have a dedicated area of work with a staff team providing individuals support packages to a wide range of people.
