Responsible to the Carer Information Manager, and working as directed by the full management team, the Data Management Co-ordinator (DMC) will contribute to the operational management and delivery of the organisations data management and co-ordination and digital development. The post holder will make a key contribution to the work of the team providing specialist skills and knowledge as required.
The DMC will oversee the data management and digital development strategies including systems, processes and procedures and resources. The post holder will provide data analysis and digital development and tools that support the organisations objectives. The DMC will have a lead role in relation a range of work areas integral to the organisations operation including health and safety, communication and IT support. The post holder will be responsible for the quality assurance of our data, reporting and contractual compliance.
The DMC will work closely with staff, volunteers, carers and partner organisations to develop, coordinate, facilitate and review the delivery of integrated information, advice and support services for carers in Lanarkshire.
The post holder will contribute to the successful implementation of the business plan, the development of the organisation and the service delivery model. The DMC will contribute to the development of external relationships, maintaining quality standards and ensuring the value base of the organisation is evident.
