Role

Circle is a Scottish charity providing family support services to some of the most marginalised children and families in Scotland.

We are looking for a full-time Administrator to join our Admin Team. The individual will play a key role in providing efficient, effective and high-quality administrative, financial and HR support to the whole organisation including project workers, the management team and the Chief Executive.

The successful candidate must be committed, hardworking and highly motivated.

Applicants should have extensive experience of providing administrative support in a busy office environment. Ideally they will be skilled in Microsoft Office 365 (including Excel, Word and PowerPoint), and have experience of using a finance package such as Sage or Xero. Experience of working with a CRM database would be advantageous.

The successful applicant will be based in our Head Office in Edinburgh which has been fully risk assessed in line with COVID-19 regulations.
