Role

Working closely with others, you will play a key role in delivering a fundraising programme that generates an annual income of £1 million to power our campaigns to protect people and planet.

Supporting the co-ordination and delivery of FoES’ fundraising and supporter communications across a range of channels, you will help to raise income from individual and community giving and increase the membership of FoES, particularly through digital engagement, events and other proactive fundraising activities.

This is a key role within Friends of the Earth Scotland, working closely with others in our small fundraising and communications team as well as our campaigners and administration team. You will play a key role in ensuring our fundraising and organisational objectives are met by engaging with our members, supporters and the general public. You will be closely involved in the management and delivery of the organisation’s brand and identity, and will be expected to innovate and experiment to ensure that FoE Scotland is utilising the most effective and affordable means of fundraising and engaging with its audiences while remaining up to date with the latest in fundraising best practice.
