Seamab Care and Education is seeking an HR Manager to join our Leadership Team. Seamab is a Charity providing residential care and education with up to 15 young people with a further 6 day students attending school. The children and young people we support have experienced significant trauma in their lives and Seamab provides a secure base where the children can receive the appropriate care, education and therapeutic support. The successful candidate will be an HR professional that is able to balance the demands of supporting a multi-disciplinary staff team whilst being compassionate and cognisant of the demands of associated with residential childcare and education. All of our staff members across all of the roles at Seamab, contribute to supporting the children and young people. To have experience within the charitable sector or care sector is desirable but not essential.
