Partners in Advocacy is a lead Scottish organisation providing high quality independent advocacy, for a range of advocacy partners since 1998.
An exciting opportunity has arisen within our supportive and friendly Edinburgh team. The advocacy worker role will provide one to one independent advocacy for adults 16 plus with a learning or physical disability and for older people. The role ensures that people’s views and wishes are heard and they are able to make informed choices so that they have influence over decisions which affect their lives.
Full training and ongoing support will be provided to the successful applicant and while the contract is until July 2022 there is the hope of extension beyond that date. In addition, our ambitious development agenda provides ample opportunity to develop and expand you’re experience and skills.
