Visualise Scotland is recruiting!

Visualise Scotland provides Housing Support, Care at Home and Day Service support to adults living with disabilities across Edinburgh and the Lothians. We are looking to hire a Team Leader who shares our values and our passion for providing excellent management of support services.

You will be responsible for ensuring that support workers are effectively guided to ensure that people who use our services are provided with high-quality person-centred support. You will manage a minimum of 2 services and line manage 2 senior support workers, building their capacity to manage support workers You will also share in the management of support workers as required.

We are looking for someone with the confidence to contribute to organisational strategy and grow services, while ensuring that the people we support remain at the heart of what we do and that staff are encouraged to grow and develop, creating a positive work environment.

In exchange for your motivation, commitment and care, we pay £27,500 per annum and provide excellent training and development opportunities.
