Role

Epilepsy Connections supports people with epilepsy and their families and friends in Greater Glasgow & Clyde, Forth Valley and Ayrshire.

We’re looking for the right person to fill the busy and diverse frontline role of Admin Assistant, a key member of Epilepsy Connections’ team and essential to the smooth running of the organisation.

The successful candidate will be reliable, able to prioritise and handle a challenging workload, and sensitive to the needs of people who use our services and our volunteers as well as our staff and Directors. We need someone who has excellent communication skills, knows their way around technology and the web, has experience of reception duties, and is able to design flyers, leaflets and other documents. This post has been home-based during the pandemic, but as restrictions ease and we start to offer face-to-face services once again this post will work full-time from our Head Office in Glasgow.
