Role

Our Fife Harm Reduction service works with people across Fife to reduce drug and alcohol related harms. We operate from a fixed site in Leven and provide outreach across The Kingdom. We offer a range of services including access to sterile injecting equipment, safer injecting advice and information, safer drinking and/or drug use advice. overdose prevention, Naloxone provision and BBV testing. Assertive Linkage into other services.

We are looking for a Specialist Harm Reduction Worker who will work both within our fixed site in Leven and deliver outreach interventions in the Community.

What we’re looking for: A Self motivated and self starter who is passionate about reducing harm across Fife. You’ll have a proven track record of working within substance use services and supporting people.

Application notes

This a fixed term contract ending on 31st March 2022. It is full time for 37.5 hours per week and may include some evening and weekend work. Interviews are planned to be held week commencing 24th May 2021 via Google Meet.
