About the Role

Are you interested in joining an award-winning Scottish charity whose aim is to provide support to people whose lives are affected by mental ill-health? Support in Mind Scotland have an exciting opportunity in the Suicide Bereavement Support Service for someone with a passion for making an impact in a key area of community support.

In this new and varied role, you will be responsible for administrative support to an innovative Scottish Government-funded project. Working as part of the Suicide Bereavement Support service which is led in partnership by Support in Mind Scotland and Penumbra, the role offers you an opportunity to contribute to a vital service that will improve peoples’ lives and potentially save lives.

Support in Mind Scotland, in partnership with Penumbra, has been selected by the Scottish Government to lead an innovative and vital project in the Highlands and in Ayrshire and Arran. This pilot project will support people in the Highlands and in Ayrshire and Arran who have been bereaved by the suicide of a family member.

Your role as Administrator will be key to the success of the project and will involve you in providing administrative support to the Support in Mind Scotland and Penumbra staff providing the service.
