Recovery Practitioner, Redbridge – Opiate and Non-Opiate Team.
The Service
WDP Redbridge is a fully integrated drug and alcohol treatment and recovery service for the London Borough of Redbridge. Our specialist team includes substance misuse workers, doctors, nurses, as well as volunteers and peer mentors. Together we offer a wide range of pharmacological, psychosocial and recovery-orientated interventions for individuals and their families who wish to receive support and treatment for their drug and/or alcohol related problems.
We are seeking to recruit a passionate and dynamic Recovery Practitioner to join our opiate and non-opiate team and contribute to our ongoing success in this diverse and vibrant borough.
The Role
This is an exciting opportunity to join WDP Redbridge as we implement a reshaped service provision to provide the best possible care to service users. You will bring a wealth of experience and a can-do attitude as a recovery practitioner to a busy service.
Experience of working within substance misuse is essential. This role will require the post holder to assess the needs of service users, deliver effective interventions the managed caseload, complete detailed timely reports, and work closely with our clinical team and partner agencies.
